We're open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays, but emergency services are available 24/7.
Yes! We provide 24/7 emergency pet care. If you have a pet emergency, please call our emergency hotline immediately.
We recommend booking grooming services at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Please bring any previous medical records, vaccination certificates, a list of current medications, and your pet's favorite toy or blanket to help them feel comfortable.
